Items are normally shipped out within two days of cleared payment via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges are to be paid for by the Buyer/Customer. If you are paying by Credit Card or Paypal, we will have your order shipped within 2 days and in most cases it goes out next day. Shipping time is increased if paying by check or money order; see PAYMENTS policy below for more details.

SHIPPING INSURANCE- You may choose to insure your package for shipping purposes only through the USPS for an additional charge. This option is available during check-out, or you may contact us to have shipping insurance added and charged to your account with your approval.

PAYMENTS- Payment is expected within 5 days of purchase. If paying by Check or Money Order, you must contact us at time of purchase to let us know you will sending payment. Payment will be held 2 weeks to ensure it clears the bank. Item will be shipped at that time.

RETURNS- Our bath and body items are non-returnable due to health and sanitary reasons. For other items, please contact us with the reason you would like to return your item. We cannot accept Returns without prior approval by Favoroo. Buyer/Customer pays all shipping charges, as we are not responsible for shipping charges for any returns on items.
